We collect as little as we can to run the studio and deliver your patterns.

Designs you make

Your design in progress and the designs you save live in your own browser's storage. They aren't sent to us unless you buy a pattern.

When you buy

Checkout is run by Stripe, so we never see your card details. We keep an order record: the design you bought, your email address, the amount and the time. We use your email only to send your pattern link and, if you ask, to resend your patterns. We don't send marketing emails.

AI designs

When you use the AI designer, the description you type is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the design. We don't store your descriptions. To enforce the daily free limit we count requests using a one-way hash of the day and your IP address, which can't be turned back into your IP and resets every day.

Services we use

Cloudflare (hosting, security and order emails), Stripe (payments) and Anthropic (AI designs). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We don't use advertising trackers or sell your information.

Your choices

To see or delete your order records, write to hello@bloomandfringe.com from the email you used at checkout. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved designs.
